NOW
Now is not only the present, the future is also now – two things that merge in our daily lives. As the world speeds up, we need to slow down to stay in the here and now. We often find ourselves looking back at our past for lessons and guidance, but we also see ourselves looking ahead to see what will shape the future. It takes great courage to keep moving forward while staying in the present. “Now” is not about instant gratification, but more about the space where we can enjoy the transition between the past and the future. “Now” gives us the possibility to take in the present moment in all its diversity and complexity.
This year, TEDxFlanders is celebrating a unique milestone with its 10th Anniversary Main Event “NOW”, featuring eight extraordinary speakers and two show-stopping acts from Belgium and around the world.
